The Welsh-speaking village is in crisis. The shop and Post Office have already closed. There are no local jobs. A plan to build 150 houses for richer incomers threaten to destroy the villagers' whole community. The last straw for the four friends is that their pub, The Sleeping Dragon, will have to close too... unless...
