This book came into being as a result of my experiences with anxiety. I found that doing something every day that you can look back on with a smile and be grateful for, knowing it has brought kindness to others at the same time, can help to replace old negative patterns. All my ideas, however silly they may seem, are genuine and healthy ways to change the state of how you feel.
