The purpose of this workbook is to provide students an intro to the basic tenets of Oriental medicine with emphasis on Traditional Chinese Medicine, its terminology and ways to organize info. It also contains key elements of Ayurvedic medicine as well as a brief description of the Chakra/Aura system for comparison. This workbook is not meant to be a manual on how to diagnose or treat disorders.
